HandyHop (HandyHop) processes personal data to operate handyhop.co, respond to contact messages, manage waitlists, and deliver the Founding Member programme.

Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, message
• Waitlist: name, email, optional business name, app interest, consent
• Founding Member purchases: name, email, business details, registration numbers, optional VAT number, payment references from Mollie, and optional public-listing consent

Why we process data

We process data to provide requested services, complete purchases, send confirmations and invoices, announce product updates you opted into, and meet legal accounting obligations.

Payment processing

Card and other payment methods are handled by Mollie. HandyHop stores Mollie payment identifiers and status, not full card details.

Retention & contact

Waitlist and contact data are kept while relevant to the product launch or support request. Purchase and invoice records are retained as required by Dutch bookkeeping rules. Questions: info@handyhop.co.
