Founding Member Terms
These terms apply to the HandyHop Founding Member Pass sold by HandyHop. The pass is a one-time business software pre-purchase. It is not an investment and does not provide shares, ownership, voting control or profit participation.
Eligibility
The offer is currently only available to businesses registered in the Netherlands. The buyer confirms that the purchase is made for business purposes. International business purchases are not currently supported. HandyHop may reject or refund purchases that do not meet the business-purchase requirements.
Price
The pass costs € 59,00. The displayed price includes 21% Dutch VAT (€ 48,76 excluding VAT + € 10,24 VAT). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. No international VAT or reverse-charge treatment is applied in this version.
Limit
A maximum of 50 Founding Member places are available. Places may be temporarily reserved during checkout. Membership activates only when Mollie confirms the payment as paid.

Launch timing

Dates are estimates and may change. Founding Members receive updates by email.
Refund protection
If HandyHop decides not to launch Hoppa, the payment will be refunded. If Hoppa has not launched before 31 March 2027, the customer may request a refund.
Transfer & after twelve months
The pass is connected to the purchasing person or business and cannot normally be transferred without written approval from HandyHop. After the included twelve months of Hoppa Pro end, nothing is charged automatically. The member may choose a normal Hoppa plan separately.
